We provide free range beef from our own farm and at times purchase cattle from Australian Grey Breeders. We take pride in the quality of our meat and the fantastic feedback from our customers. Our cattle are handled with minimum stress. At weaning the calves are yard weaned and left with their mothers for three to four days before returning the cows to the paddock. The calves are then fed in the yards for another 10-12 days walking them quietly through the race and crush. When it is time to process the animals, we transport them ourselves directly to the meat processor.

We have found the Square Meaters/Murray Grey carcasses that we process; consistently yield high, have even fat distribution and excellent eating qualities and are just what we are looking for to supply our market.

Breakout River Meats at Cowra supplies us with high quality lambs and pork.

A selection of flavoured sausages are made which include Cracked Pepper, Pork and Apple Cider, Italian, Mushroom and Garlic and our Tasty Original sausages.

Speciality items are available on request.

We guarantee our meat to be free of Preservatives, Hormones & Growth Promotants (HGPs).

Silver Gully Farm is proud to offer beef packs for sale direct to the public, for pick up on the Central Coast NSW. Silver Gully Farm is a family run farm on the Central Coast NSW and has been breeding their ‘happy cows’ and producing highest quality beef for more than 20 years.

Silver Gully beef packs are a ‘true quarter’ (or a ‘true eighth’) of a home-grown animal – comprising a range of cuts of meat such a T-Bone, Rump, New York, Chuck, Topside, Mince and Sausage. By eating ‘nose to tail’ this ensures minimum wastage and optimum health benefits.

Silver Gully Farm adopts sustainable farming practices like rotational grazing, and their beef packs have very low food miles – with cattle grown on the farm in open pastures, and travelling minimum distance between farm, abattoir and butcher.

Silver Gully’s preferred butcher, ‘The Sausage Man’ in Wyong, NSW has won many awards for his fantastic sausages and butchering skills.
